KASCON PR TOUR - Part One

I’m writing this in the car.
Stephen (Associate Director) and I are on the way up from ATL to NY. We thought the drive would take about 10 hours (because Stephen claims he’s the best driver in the world) but in actuality, it’s going to take us about 14. THAT SUCKS. We’re probably going to arrive in New York at around 2 in the morning. Currently located in Virginia, I’m slowly going crazy listening to Stephen’s playlist on his iPod. But I slept for four hours and he’s driving so I guess he gets to choose the songs.
This week is going to be a killer. Grace (AD), Stephen (AD) and I are doing a PR tour for KASCON along the east coast holding press conferences, campus informational meetings for schools in session, and meeting a few KSA execs from other schools that aren’t in session yet. It’ll be fun but we’re going to get back home the night before classes start.
Our tentative schedule:
1/5-1/7 New York: Press Conference
KAAGNY Auditorium
Monday January 7 @ 11AM
1/7-1/9 Boston: MIT, Northeastern, Harvard
1/9 New Jersey: Princeton
1/10 Philly: UPenn
1/11-1/14 MD & DC: UMCP, Georgetown, Press Conference
